This page describes conditions for withdrawal from a purchase, product returns, and complaints.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers may return purchased goods within 14 days of receipt when the product is in undamaged commercial condition, complete, and without signs of use or installation.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the reason is a defect, non-conformity, or error in order fulfilment.

Return request

To request a return, email contact@ag-lock.test with your order number, name, contact phone, reason for return, and bank account for refund.

After our confirmation, send the product to the agreed address or courier office. Cash-on-delivery parcels without prior approval may be refused.

Complaints

For defects or non-conformity, submit a complaint describing the issue with photos, proof of purchase, and other information needed for review.

When a complaint is valid, we offer repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund according to applicable law and the nature of the product.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of returned goods. The amount is transferred to the customer's bank account within a reasonable time.
